Variable *Regex-Char-Code-Limit*

The upper exclusive bound on the char-codes of characters which
can occur in character classes. Change this value BEFORE creating
scanners if you don't need the Unicode support of implementations like
AllegroCL, CLISP, LispWorks, or SBCL.
